A doodle I was working on of Kyle and Guy fooling around got developed a little too far into a picture so I thought I'd finish it. Not sure how this scene came about- I assume that either Kyle or Guy or both conned John and Hal to join them in a Rock band night. Fun tiems ^^ I assume that hard core Hal is carrying most of the points scoring here since he's got game face on, and John has a long note or something letting him join in with the singing XD Goodness knows what the singing sounds like XD

My first time drawing Guy Gardner and John Stewart for this. I've drawn Hal a couple of times, but I realise that Guy and John never came up before now D: I'm a little iffy about how Guy turned out, but I like Kyle and Hal here :) I THINK I got John right.... Did I? O.o

So yeah- any ideas what they're all rocking down to? Something epic :D

No critique please- This was just the result of an over developed doodle :3

I get a chuckle from this picture. It reminds me of a startling realization I had while reading War of The Green Lanterns.

During this story the four earth men have to once again to save the universe from another extremist power hungry villain. However in order to do so they must use the rings from the different emotion spectrums. While witnessing their new multicoloured transformation I said out loud " Good Lord! They are a boy band. Hal is the lead singer. While Kyle is the sensitive pretty one. Guy is the bad boy and John is the serious one"

But to answer your first question I think John came out alright. Now as to what music these guys would rock out to? I would say the classics. And by classics I mean music that established Rock. Which was between the early 70's and late 80's. To name a few of these bands would be K.I.S.S, Queens of the Stone Age, AC/DC, Guns and Roses, The Ramones, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath.

Oh- what you see there isn't boyband, but the four temperaments- Sanguine (Hal), Choleric (Guy), Phlegmatic (John), and meloncholic (Kyle) :) IT's actually a thing, and I'm glad they did it cause it separates their personalities alot more (I've actually started some pictures inspired by this <3 ). I was worried they'd blend. I don't know where Simon fits in yet though- he needs more air time for me to decide if he's the fifth temperament or not

Yeah- I'd bet they'd rock out to that too- it's canon that Kyle is an ACDC fan, and the music is from the rest of their era sorta (I think? It's weird with them being created so long ago- comic characters age weirdly)

Yeah though, I see where the boy band thing comes into it though :) I wanted to have Hal singing, but the picture started off with just Kyle and Guy hanging out which is why they take up so much picture, and I went "I want Hal and John in there too" and fitted them in the best I could with the room I had left on the page XD Alot of successful rock bands do seem to have that make up though- I know KISS definitely do :) HAH! Now I want to cosplay them in KISS makeup and clothes XD

This just makes me giggle with glee each time I look at this. I LOVE THIS--! it is sooo brilliant and I love how you've done it! :giggle:

I love how you've done John here!! He's got the most over-zealous look on his face with that controller guitar in his hands. Hahaha!

Yeah XD John looks like he's having the most fun, actually XD I had great fun making this :3 It's been a hard month for me and it brought a smile to my face ^^ I couldn't leave it as a sketch XD Heh- I wish I could be a fly on the wall while these 4 rocked out XD It looks like so much fun :3

Talk Dirty to Me by Poison. You know John was like, GEEZUS, GUY. NO. COME ON. While everyone else was like EFF YEAAAAAH POISON! Eventually, he just shrugged and joined in because POISON HI.
