Well- It's finally finished ^^ My printer had a cow through the whole set up throwing me off on the printing colours (I have a bazillion copies of this now T.T )

So yeah- Blaze from my comic "Final Sunset"- all fired up and 'manly' :D

The fire was nice and easy to do- surfed the net and found a VERY cool tutorial for making realistic fire. Most of the ones I found were crap cause they required you to use the smudge tool, and with THIS much mass to smudge? My computer would've committed suicide after every stroke T.T I've discovered my now favourite photoshop tool- the Gradient map. It's made of AWESOME and WIN O.O *drools over keyboard*

So yeah- I'm making this into a poster for this weekend at Armageddon. Should I make it a print here too? See, I'm selling it for $5 NZD here in NZ, but if I sell it here, DA would want to make a cop.

Anyone here on DA want to buy this poster? I'll see if it's worth posting it as a print here :)

<edit>- there was this HORRIBLE mark on his armour I had to get rid of before it drove me NUTS- But its GONE NOW HAH! I SHOWED YOU DISCOLOURATION!! *cackles maniacally*</edit>

Fire is always tricky cause its a gas, but it has so much colour and body to it that it almost seems like a solid object. I wonder if that's why it fascinates me so much ^^

There's always tomorrow. I could make it a DA print so you could get it when ever you want- it's easier for Americans. I don't get half as much money off it though... I get it printed through a friend so printing posters doesn't cost me much :) IT's what hauls my ass from convention to convention atm. It's not as if I've made any money off comics yet ^^;
